A row earns its place by reducing uncertainty. Score what is visible, record what is missing, and remove rows that survive only on excitement.
This checklist helps compare visible evidence. It cannot confirm a seller, product, transaction, or future shipping outcome.
Quick answer
Give one point for each visible, useful answer. A Ypybuy spreadsheet row scoring six or seven can enter a shortlist; four or five needs more research; three or fewer should not be saved yet.
Score only what the row supports
The seven-point checklist
Do not award partial credit because a title sounds confident. Each point should connect to something you can inspect.
- The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
- Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- Price makes sense beside similar finds.
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
- The row is not just hype or a vague label.
- I can explain why I would save this find.

Score your row
A score does not verify a product or seller. It simply stops weak information from looking stronger than it is.

Photos must answer the category
QC photos by category
“More photos” is not the same as useful QC photos. Look for the angles that reveal construction, dimensions, and condition.
Hoodies, shirts, jackets, pants
Front and back, seams, cuffs or fasteners, fabric close-up, and garment measurements laid out clearly.
Bags and accessories
Scale, dimensions, hardware, closures, interior, straps, finish close-ups, and every included piece.
A QC finder is not a guarantee
Searches for a Ypybuy QC finder, QC photo finder, or QC checker express a need for evidence. Whether the photos come from a sheet, a source page, or an external tool, check that they match the exact row and answer the right questions.

6-point example
A hoodie row with a comparison case
The category is clear. Front, back, fabric, and cuff photos are visible. Chest width and body length are listed. Price sits beside similar hoodies. Packed weight is still missing, so the row gets six points and one follow-up question.
2-point example
A bag row built around one image
The category and basic shape are visible, but dimensions, interior, hardware close-ups, material context, empty weight, and a clear save reason are missing. It should leave the shortlist.
The one-sentence rule
Save only what you can explain
Save a row only when you can say which category it belongs to, which useful evidence it contains, and which remaining question you will check next.
If that sentence cannot be completed, the row is taking space rather than reducing uncertainty.
After the score
What to do next
For a strong row, open the destination and repeat the checklist. If weight is unclear, use the shipping guide. If the source or claims look inconsistent, read the buyer safety notes. Questions about platform support belong in the FAQ and the platform’s current official channels.
